CHANGE YOUR WORLD

The art process strengthens self esteem and communication,  and helps diffuse strong emotions by providing a medium for release.

  1. Creating art is an empowering experience and is a meaningful method of relaxation  and self soothing.

  2. Uncovering meaning within art serves as a bridge to understand meaning in one’s life.

  3. Artwork shows development or progress over the course of therapy, connecting one’s inner experience with one’s external environment.
