I am trying my hand at creating some images with favorite sayings. This one has always been special to me. I know that in my own life, I have definitely met with some challenges. I don't feel this saying means that we can not make space to mourn or be sad. That is an important part of healing. But when we are ready, it is important to find ways to get back to living our life in the best way we know how. In DBT, we call that creating a "life worth living."
